Groovy Granada, - Day 1

Wow, Nica was great! I arrived in Granada after Ometepe on thursday, and almost melted away by the pressing heat.

Joined some other backpackers and walked round downtown, almost fainted due to the heat and scared the poor guys. After some quick food (Bahadir, you're my hero), we went to Mansion de Choco, and got än introduction in how differential chocolate flavoured licqours can taste. Mostly very weird to be honest.

Out in the Square, there was some sort of alternative arts festival, with lots of art students performing and painting.

I quickly realized I was going to Love this place, even though I didn't manage the heat too well.

Later that night I ran in to Yoga-powerhouse Brian from the states, who introduced me to the concept of Acroyoga and it was both fun and weird hanging upside down from a strangers feet (Google it guys). He also tried to convince me to try Yoga on a slackline, but I don't have some selfie awareness and I do appreciate my kneecaps in whole condition. So that was a no. Looks really cool though.
